In a nutshell...

Topkot is a student house in the centre of Mechelen.

Our tenants go to school in Mechelen,  Brussel or Leuven.  Some international tenants follow an internship in a company nearby.

The building has a very central and safe location close to the train station, schools and city center.

All rooms are furnished with new furniture.  Some rooms have a private shower.  You don't need extra furniture to live here.

The modern kitchens are well equiped and provide seating to eat and talk with other tenants.  In the kitchen is a private cabinet for every tenant to store some small tools.

The internet is of high speed quality and has no download limits.

There's no extra charge for heating or water at the end of the rent.

The public areas of the building are cleaned every week.  We meet all the safety standards that are required for student housing.
